- Daily morning on empty stomach drink lemon honey water which is very good for health. Prep: In an 1/3rd cup of Luke warm water add 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon\lime juice. Benefits: Gives energy and keeps you active all day, pulls and keeps your stomach inside. Note: After having this do not take any solid\liquid food other than water for 30 min.
- It's best to avoid yogurt(curd) at nights. Instead take buttermilk.
- Exercise at least thrice a week to maintain and not to put on weight.
